Welcome to DuoAxiom LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products sold through it.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Products and Print-on-Demand Service

We offer t-shirts, apparel, and other merchandise featuring original designs, artwork, and our branding. All products are produced on-demand through Printify and its network of third-party print providers.

  • Products are made only after you place an order.
  • We do not hold physical inventory.
  • Production, printing, and shipping are handled by Printify and independent print providers. We are not the manufacturer.

You acknowledge that minor variations in color, size, print placement, or material may occur due to the print-on-demand process and differences between print providers.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, product, and selected shipping method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability issues.
  • Once an order enters production, cancellations or modifications are generally not possible.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and are approximate only. Delays can occur due to high demand, print provider issues, customs (for international orders), or other factors.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or Printify’s print providers.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon shipment from the fulfillment center.
  • Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Approved returns may result in a refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion (minus original shipping costs in some cases).
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues (unless the product does not match the listed size chart), or minor print variations inherent to the POD process.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, graphics, text, and content on the Site are owned by DuoAxiom LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our designs or branding without our prior written permission.
  • By uploading or submitting any design or content to us (if applicable), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We strictly prohibit the use of any designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any product that violates this policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit or request any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the Site.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuoAxiom LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, quality issues, or errors caused by Printify or third-party print providers.
  • Any issues arising after the product has been shipped.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site will be uninterrupted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DuoAxiom LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any content you submit.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
